What’s your turnaround time?

 What shipping carriers do you use?

 

You can select your postage at checkout.

The options are:

Royal Mail 48 non tracked (free when you spend over £15)

Royal Mail 24 non tracked

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (free when you spend over £50)

Occasionally I also use couriers on a tracked service.

For International orders I use Royal Mail International Tracked. Please note that my website only ships to USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. You will be responsible for checking and paying any duties or customs due upon receipt.

For any other territories including the EU please visit my Etsy shop. Christmas will launch on Etsy at the end of October.

 Will you provide me with a tracking number?

For standard UK orders I do not use a tracked service so I am unable to check where your order is unfortunately. From November onwards I strongly recommend upgrading your postage to tracked for peace of mind. Orders over £50 will automatically be upgraded to TRACKED 48 for free.

Tracked orders will receive a tracking number and link in your dispatch email. Please note that RM do not always update their tracking at each step of the journey but will show when it is ready for delivery.

International orders you will be provided with a tracking number and a link to the Royal Mail tracking url when I ship your order.

 

Where is my order?

Once your order is ready you will received a email to say it’s been dispatched and which service it’s been sent on. Please check your spam folder as sometimes emails can go in there.

With BREXIT, COVID and current supply and fuel issues there may be delays within the postal and courier services.

Mostly orders are arriving on time but please allow for delays and I cannot give you a rough estimate of when your order may arrive. I apologise for any potential delays and I’m here to try and help where I can to ensure your order arrives to you.

 Royal Mail do not consider a UK parcel to be lost until at least 13 working days (Mon -Fri) after it was posted. Therefore I cannot replace a lost parcel until then. For international it is 25 working days.

 You can check how RM is delivering in your area by checking their daily service report.

Posters will be sent via RM tracked 48 or via MyHermes. You’ll receive a tracking number and link in your dispatch email (check your spam folder if you’ve not received it).

 

BREXIT

 

I am still shipping to the EU as normal via Etsy however please be aware that custom or import fees may now apply and vary by country. When you purchase via Etsy you will be shown and pay the VAT upfront.

The buyer is responsible for any additional fees due and Little M are not responsible for any custom delays. For more information please contact your local government website.

 

There is a problem with my order

 If you’ve placed an order and there is an issue, please take photos and email me with your order number outlining the problem. I will try to respond as soon as I can.

If your order is damaged please also take photos of the packaging. 

 

What’s your returns policy?

If for some reason you change you mind you can return your item for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for return postage and the item must arrive to me in a resalable condition. Personalised and Sale items are exempt from refunds. I will always try to make sure you are happy with your order so please get in touch so I can help.

If you are returning a product from outside the UK you need to mark it as a return clearly on the customs form. This is so no import charges are due.

 

Do you do custom orders?

Occasionally I can take on custom orders. Please keep an eye on my social media pages for slots.
