Shipping & Returns
Royal Mail have now resumed International Shipping but please expect delays and your tracking not to be updated as frequently. More information can be found here: https://personal.help.royalmail.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5317/
Holiday 6th - 12th February. No orders will be processed or dispatched during these dates. Last date to order prints and cards is the 4th February for dispatch before the 6th. All other products with longer lead times such as storage bags, wall stickers and wall hangings ordered from the 1st February will be processed from the 12th February and will be dispatched by the 16th February. Orders placed during the 6th - 12th February will also be dispatched by the 16th Feb.
Please note that if you do not include colour options or personalisation details (if relevant) to your order at checkout then this will delay your order.
If your order contains something with a longer dispatch time then please be aware that your order will be shipped together within the longer turnaround time. E.g if you order a card and a sack then your order will take up to 7-10 working days to be dispatched.

Wall Hangings and Banners 3-5 working days for pre printed map wall hangings unless stated differently in listing. Often wall hangings will be on a pre order.

Wall Stickers 7 - 10 working days
Framed Prints 7 - 10 working days. Please note that framed prints will come direct from the framers so if you have ordered any non framed products they will be shipped direct from me so could arrive at different times.
Poster Hangers New 7 - 10 working days. These are shipped directly from my supplier to you. If you have ordered any non framed products they will be shipped direct from me so could arrive at different times
Where is my order?
If you selected “courier” or “tracked” at checkout then your order has been sent via Royal Mail Tracked48 or Tracked24. Larger items will be sent via courier. You will see which company your order has been sent with on your dispatch email which will also include your tracking number.
Tracked 48 and 24 are fully tracked services however you may notice that they are not updating along each step of the way. Orders sent on this service are arriving but there are unfortunately delays. Please be patient and keep an eye on the tracking. All orders sent tracked will have been given a tracking number in their dispatch email. If you have not received this then please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
If you did not choose tracking at checkout and selected 2nd class or 1st class untracked then I am not able to see where your items are or when they may arrive.
If your order has not arrived within 13 working days then please get in touch and I can submit a lost item claim with RM on your behalf and organise a replacement.
Can you track my order for me?
I’m more than happy to provide tracking numbers if you have not received these, however RM do not give business customers extra tracking information than what you can see.
What shipping carriers do you use?
You can select your postage at checkout.
The options are:
Royal Mail 2nd class non tracked (free when you spend over £25 prints and free for any card orders.)
Royal Mail 1st class - upgrade.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 (free when you spend over £50)
Royal Mail Tracked 24 - upgrade.
Occasionally I also use couriers on a tracked service.
For International orders I use Royal Mail International Tracked. Please note that my website only ships to select countries. You will be responsible for checking and paying any duties or customs due upon receipt.
For any other territories including the EU please visit my Etsy shop.
Where is my order?
Once your order is ready you will received a email to say it’s been dispatched and which service it’s been sent on. Please check your spam folder as sometimes emails can go in there.
With RM strikes your order may be delayed.
Mostly orders are arriving on time but please allow for delays and I cannot give you a rough estimate of when your order may arrive. I apologise for any potential delays and I’m here to try and help where I can to ensure your order arrives to you.
Royal Mail do not consider a UK parcel to be lost until at least 13 working days (Mon -Fri)after it was posted. Therefore I cannot replace a lost parcel until then. No refunds can be given for delayed items.
You can check how RM is delivering in your area by checking their daily service report.
International orders are sent Royal Mail tracked. You should be able to track your parcel’s journey here. I am not responsible for any duties or customs owed or for any delays due to customs.

Please allow up to 2-5 weeks for your order to arrive. Check here for the latest international incidents that may affect your order.
Posters will be sent via RM tracked 48 or via MyHermes. You’ll receive a tracking number and link in your dispatch email (check your spam folder if you’ve not received it).
I am still shipping to the EU as normal via Etsy however please be aware that custom or import fees may now apply and vary by country. The buyer is responsible for any fees due and Little M are not responsible for any custom delays. For more information please contact your local government website.
There is a problem with my order
If you’ve placed an order and there is an issue, please take photos and email me with your order number outlining the problem. I will respond within 2 working days.
If your order is damaged please also take photos of the packaging.
What’s your returns policy?
If for some reason you change you mind you can return your item for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have 14 days to return the item to me. You are responsible for return postage and the item must arrive to me in a resalable condition. Please allow up to 5 working days from the date the return arrives back with me to process your refund. Refunds will go back onto the original payment method via Shopify.
Personalised and Sale items are exempt from refunds. I will always try to make sure you are happy with your order so please get in touch so I can help.
